Traffic Management Team Lead – Cork
We're growing, and we need experienced Traffic Management Team Leads to run our crews on roadworks and civil engineering jobs around Cork City and County. You'll lead a team of TMOs from our yard in Ringaskiddy and make sure every set-up is safe, Chapter 8 compliant and done right.

What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate a crew of Traffic Management Operatives
- Run site and shift briefings so everyone knows their job and the site's safety rules
- Install, maintain and remove traffic management to the approved TMP, method statement and risk assessment
- Set up road closures, diversion routes, lane closures and safe pedestrian routes
- Run and supervise Stop/Go and temporary traffic light systems, and give out flagman duties
- Check signs, cones, barriers and equipment throughout the shift, and report to the TM Supervisor or Operations Manager
Requirements
Essential certifications
- Traffic management experience, ideally leading a crew
- Experienced TMOs who are ready to step up are welcome to apply
- A full driving licence, so you can get to our Ringaskiddy yard and sites across Cork
- Happy to work outdoors in all weather, on 8 to 12 hour shifts

- 8 to 12 hour shifts, including days, nights and weekends
- Outdoor work, whatever the weather
- Jobs all over Cork City and County, starting from our Ringaskiddy yard
- You'll report to the TM Supervisor or Operations Manager
