Under Article 6 of the GDPR, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Consent: When you voluntarily submit a job application / CV or send an inquiry, you consent to our processing of that data for recruitment or quotation response.
• Contractual Necessity: Where processing is required to enter into or perform a traffic management service contract with you or your organization.
• Legal Obligation: Compliance with Irish statutory safety standards, HSA reporting, employment law, and tax regulations.

4. Recruitment Data & CV Handling Policy

All CVs, job applications, and candidate files uploaded to dwtm.ie are handled with strict confidentiality. Files are stored on secure internal servers and accessible solely by our HR and recruitment hiring managers.

Recruitment data is retained for up to twelve (12) months following receipt for consideration of emerging operational vacancies (Traffic Operatives, Van Drivers, CAD Designers, SLG Foremen). Candidates may request the premature erasure or correction of their application data at any time by contacting info@dwtm.ie.

5. Hosting & Data Security

Our website and database infrastructure are hosted with uhosted.net. All data transmissions across our platform are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS / SSL encryption.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with accredited service providers (e.g., our hosting infrastructure provider) bound by strict GDPR data processing agreements.
